If you do not have an account yet you can go to &lt;a href="http://www.bcbsnm.com/"&gt;http://www.bcbsnm.com/&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and select the Log In option and then New User? Register Now. You can then complete the steps to create an account.
