Coverage for illness during overseas travel

Good Evening,

I don't want to get into too much details on this forum, but long story short, I was on a business trip to Brussels in Belgium and I contracted a disease for which I was treated at urgent care. However, my doctor here isn't able to access this information and isn't sure that following procedures would be covered. Is there anyone who can give me this piece of information?

I came to a doctor's office and found out my coverage has been inactive for months. I am unsure what steps to take. I tried to login to the portal for the first time and got an error that my information wasn't found.

I had a 24 hour urine sample ordered by my doctor. i paid the copay. Now I have received a bill for over $2000. Is that not covered for some reason? Thanks, David Stoehner

I am a member at a gym called Defined Fitness. Some members who have Presbyterian Insurance only pay $8.00 per month for the gym membership because this is a benefit paid for by Presbyterian. Does Blue Cross Blue Shield pay for gym memberships as well? It sure would be nice if you did. I have a group policy through the Santa Fe Public Schools.
