&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0080c3;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Marinade:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 ounce chopped shallots&lt;br /&gt;1 ounce minced garlic&lt;br /&gt;0.2 oz chopped oregano&lt;br /&gt;0.2 oz chopped parsley&lt;br /&gt;0.2 oz chopped thyme&lt;br /&gt;0.2 oz chopped rosemary&lt;br /&gt;&amp;frac34; teaspoon ground black pepper&lt;br /&gt;&amp;frac12; teaspoon salt&lt;br /&gt;1/3 cup canola oil&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Combine all marinade ingredients in a food processor and blend thoroughly.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Place turkey breast in a Ziploc bag or container. Add marinade and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Place turkey breast in a rimmed pan or casserole dish. Roast in oven 45 minutes. Turn pan 180 degrees and cook 15 more minutes, until cooked through and internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Spoon liquid over turkey breast every 15 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Slice into 4-ounce portions and serve.&lt;/li&gt;
