&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FOR THE KALE CHIPS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1-1/4 cups kale leaves&lt;br /&gt;1/8 teaspoon salt&lt;br /&gt;1/8 teaspoon canola oil&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FOR THE POPCORN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 tablespoons canola oil&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup popcorn kernels&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FOR THE PARMESAN SPICE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/8 teaspoon chili powder&lt;br /&gt;1/8 teaspoon paprika&lt;br /&gt;1-1/2 teaspoon grated parmesan cheese&lt;br /&gt;1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper&lt;br /&gt;1/8 teaspoon salt&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0080c3;text-decoration:underline;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Directions:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Kale Chips:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Remove stems and cut leaves into 2&amp;rdquo; pieces. Wash well and spin dry. Toss with canola oil and sea salt. Place on a sheet pan in a single layer and bake, flipping leaves a few times until crisp, about 20 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Popcorn:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Add canola oil to a small pot, heat oil until it starts to smoke, add popcorn kernels to hot oil, cover and shake. Remove from heat when corn stops popping.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;In a bowl, combine chili powder, paprika, parmesan, salt and cayenne.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;While kale and popcorn are still hot, toss with prepared spice blend. Allow to cool before serving.&lt;/li&gt;
