&lt;p&gt;3 Eggs, beaten&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp Vanilla Extract&lt;br /&gt;3/4 cup Granulated Sugar&lt;br /&gt;1 TBSP Canola Oil&lt;br /&gt;1/4 Cup Baking Cocoa&lt;br /&gt;2 cup All Purpose Flour&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp Baking Powder&lt;br /&gt;1/4 tsp Salt&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips&lt;br /&gt;As needed cooking spray&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:inherit;text-decoration:underline;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0080c3;text-decoration:underline;"&gt;Directions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;In a bowl, whisk together eggs, vanilla, sugar and oil until evenly mixed. In a separate bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and salt.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prepare parchment lined sheet tray with cooking spray. Mold dough into a 12&amp;rdquo;x4&amp;rdquo; log. Place log of dough onto parchment lined sheet tray. Bake for 23 - 25 minutes in a 325 o F oven until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cut &amp;frac12; oz piece off each end (1 oz total removed). Discard end pieces. Use a serrated knife to slice logs on a bias into &amp;frac34;&amp;rdquo; thick wide pieces. Place cookies cut side down, bake onto sheet tray and bake for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through baking. Allow cookies to cool before serving.&lt;/li&gt;
