To help you understand any changes to your plan and your benefits, there are two documents that provide answers – Annual Notice of Change and Evidence of Coverage.
The Annual Notice of Change (also called ANOC), outlines benefit changes that current members will see in the next contract year.
Here’s some samples of information you might find in your ANOC, if they are happening:
The Evidence of Coverage (also known as EOC) explains complete coverage for the plan in which a member is enrolled.

As a Medicare member you will receive your ANOC via mail by Sept. 30. Other member materials such as the EOC, pharmacy directory and provider directory can be easily accessed online at www.bcbsnm.com/medicare. Changes and benefits outlined in the material you receive in September will become effective the first of the new year.
