I'm in SE New Mexico. For specialists, the closest ones are across the border in Lubbock, Midland, etc. Are those considered out-of-network doctors, or does BCBSNM accommodate being over a line (Albuquerque is 5 hours away, Lubbock is 90 minutes FYI).
