Received check unable to find the patient

Hi I am from Provider office and we did received a check for $ 112.50, but are not able to recognized that this payment we have received for which patient. we have multiple patient since you haven't mentioned any patient details. so we not able to find the patient. Could you please help to find the patient information. check# 49111893
