If you’re on an HMO plan, it’s important to check your secure Blue Access for MembersSM account to make sure your primary care provider is up-to-date.
How do I change my PCP?
You can change your PCP online in your BAMSM account. Just log in and click Find Care to find network provider options in your area.
Once you’re ready to make your choice, click Change PCP and follow the prompts to choose your new provider. After this has been done, we’ll update our files and your digital member ID card to show the new PCP you chose.
If you still have questions about changing your PCP or need help, call customer service at the number on your member ID card.
