The way you originally enrolled in your health plan matters when it comes to updating your personal information.
If you enrolled through the New Mexico Health Insurance Exchange or directly with BCBSNM, you have an individual or family plan. To update your information:
- Go to BeWellNM.com to manage your account.
- Go to bcbsnm.com and sign in to your Blue Access for MembersSM account to send a private message. Or call the number on your BCBSNM member ID card if you purchased your plan directly through Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico.
If you receive your health plan through your employer, you have a group plan or group coverage. Group plans have their own process for updating personal information. To update your information:
- Contact your company’s human resource department.
In every case, you can only update your personal information through the original channel you used to enroll in your health insurance plan.
