You might be surprised to find how many questions and answers we have on our website in the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section. This is always a good place to start when you have a question.
If you don’t find your question in the FAQs, you may find the answer at Blue Access for Members (BAMSM). Log in or register to get personalized information based on your health plan and network.
Get detailed information about your coverage and gain access to member services. You can review your Explanation of Benefits from the last 18 months under the Claims Center tab. Find providers in your network, get information about costs for services and more with the Provider Finder® tool under the Doctors and Hospitals tab.
BAM also offers a private message option for contacting BCBSNM. In fact, it’s a good idea to sign in to your BAM account once a month or more. You may find a message with important information or requests about your account waiting for you.
You can also get an ID card, and sign up for text or email notifications and more. You can download the BCBSNM mobile app for your phone to access your BAM account on the go.
If you aren’t registered for BAM, you may be missing out on helpful information that’s tailored to you.

If you have Prime as your pharmacy administrator, you can log in or register at MyPrime.com to get 24/7 access to details about your prescription drug benefits. Look up what drugs are covered under your benefit plan, find out what they cost, find pharmacies in your network and more.

Well onTarget offers self-directed courses, health and wellness content, fitness tools and trackers, a health assessment, and more.
