Ingredients: Makes 16 Servings
1/3 cup Apple Cider vinegar
1/3 cup Soy Sauce, less sodium
1/4 cup Orange juice
3 TBSP Ginger Root, minced
2 TBSP Shallots, chopped
1 TBSP Garlic Cloves, crushed
1/4 teaspoon Ground Coriander
1 teaspoon Red Pepper flakes
2 teaspoon Sesame Oil
2 TBSP Maple Syrup
1 cup Canola Oil
Directions:
- In a blender, combine apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, orange juice, ginger, shallots, garlic, coriander, red chili flakes, sesame oil and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
- With the blender on medium speed, drizzle in canola oil slowly until dressing is emulsified.
REGISTER DIETITIAN NOTE: Choose less or low sodium soy sauce to add flavor while keeping your total sodium intake in check.
