Ingredients: Makes 16 servings
1 pound Pumpkin Seeds, hulled
1 ½ TBSP Canola Oil
1 TBSP Chili Powder
1 tsp Lime Zest
¼ tsp Kosher Salt
Directions:
- Coat hulled pumpkin seeds in oil.
- Combine chili powder, lime zest, and salt.
- Add seasoning mixture to pumpkin seeds and toss to combine.
- Bake on a sheet pan at 325ºF for 5 minutes or until fragrant.
