Chile Lime Seasoned Pepitas (Pumpkin Seeds)

I ngredients: Makes 16 servings

Appetizers

1 pound Pumpkin Seeds, hulled
1 ½ TBSP Canola Oil
1 TBSP Chili Powder
1 tsp Lime Zest
¼ tsp Kosher Salt

Directions:

  1. Coat hulled pumpkin seeds in oil.
  2. Combine chili powder, lime zest, and salt.
  3. Add seasoning mixture to pumpkin seeds and toss to combine.
  4. Bake on a sheet pan at 325ºF for 5 minutes or until fragrant.
