Pica De GalloIngredients: Makes 8 servings, 1/4 cup
3 oz Yellow Onions, dicedT10 oz Tomatoes, fresh, diced1/8 oz Cilantro, chopped1/8 oz Garlic, chopped1/8 oz Jalapeno, diced1 tbsp, 1 tsp Lime Juice1 tsp Sugar, granulated1/4 tsp Kosher Salt1/8 tsp Black Pepper
Toss together tomatoes, onions, cilantro, garlic, jalapeno, lime juice, sugar, salt and pepper. Refrigerate.
Cilantro Lime Sour CreamIngredients: Makes 4 servings, 1 TBSP
3 tbsp, 1-1/2 tsp Sour Cream1-1/2 tsp Lime Juice3/4 tsp Lime Zest3/4 tsp Cilantro, chopped
Mix together all ingredients. Hold cold
